SBC CP Repairs, Maintenance and Investment Services

Slough Borough Council (the 'Contracting Authority') is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to enter into an agreement for the provision of repairs, Maintenance and investments services to its housing stock comprising 5200 dwellings across the borough('the contract'). The technical services required by the Contracting Authority are identified by the CPV codes in Section II.1.2 above and described in the descriptive document and the specifications.

It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 1 December 2017 and the duration will be as set out in Sections II.2.7 and II.2.11 of this notice and the descriptive document.

The estimated value of the Contract (excluding VAT) is anticipated to be within the range of £100,000,000 to £140,000,000.
