CBC-0699-T-CE High Street Improvement Programme - Shop Fitting Works - AWARD

Central Bedfordshire Council as part of the wider Market Towns Regeneration Fund Programme. HSIS will be delivered in partnership with up to nine Central Bedfordshire town councils and it will run to March 2018.

Central Bedfordshire Council (CBC) is seeking suitably experienced contractor to deliver a programme of shop front enhancements across our market towns. It is proposed that the contract would begin week commencing 5th June 2017.

The successful contractor will have considerable experience of installing high quality shop front and other related improvements to a wide range of retail premises. A maximum budget of approximately £1million is available for the 'improvements', which are more detailed, and can be found in the 'Specification of Works, Supplies or Services' for this tender.

Deadline for ITT returns: 12 noon Monday, 8th May 2017

Completed Tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, by the due date via our "in-tend" electronic tendering system. Tenders must be uploaded via the "My Return" section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered.
