description
WATMOS wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to undertake a commercial boiler replacement at the Ethelred Estate, Kennington.
The works will include:
-Strip out of the existing LTHW oil fired boiler designated as boiler 1 or B1.
-Supply, install and commission the new gas fired LTHW boiler and flue connections.
-Supply, install and commission the new flue system.
-Supply, install and commission gas booster to serve the new boiler unit if required.
-Working drawings, record drawings and O&M documentation.
