The Scope of works are as follows.
| • | Submit acceptable RAMs before start of job commences |
| • | Remove 121 2nd pass tubes (50mm OD x 3.2mm x 3200mm)swelled 1/16” at one end |
| • | Remove 148 3rd pass tubes (50mm OD x 3.2mm x 3980mm) swelled 1/16” at one end |
| • | Ensure tube plates is prepared ready for new tube install and co-ordinate with insurer for inspection, if required |
| • | Clean up tube holes |
| • | Supply 121 2nd pass tubes (see above) |
| • | Supply 148 3rd pass tubes (see above) |
| • | Fit a total of 269 tubes by expansion into tube plates |
| • | Carry out hydraulic test on completion to manufacturing specification |
