Applications are invited for a commercial partner to manage large format advertising & sponsorship assets on behalf of Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council using the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation. The successful commercial partner will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of large advertising formats across the borough and for selling of advertising on these formats to realise a guaranteed income to the Council.

The contract will be for a period of 15 years in order to give the successful commercial partner sufficient time to recoup their capital investment and make a return.
