GMTS GENI PROJECT Market Evaluation (C52270)

Need: NHSEI LEARNING ACADEMY Graduate Management Training Scheme are asking suppliers to carry out a market evaluation for an application to replace their existing system, to manage their Graduate scheme. The system needs to cover the entire lifecycle from application through to work placement and completion of Graduate within the NHS.

High level functionality is to include:-

Each Graduate has a placement manager who will need to access the system and report back to the Learning Academy and provide progress reporting. Reporting needs to show if they meet competency frameworks to pass placement

The system needs to manage some variation in how different graduate cohorts are dealt with, but the approach needs to be standardised with its processes. Key requirements include :

The key driver of this evaluation is to understand the marketplace for systems needed to support the business, with the aim to building a business case.
