Bradford Council, through the Bradford Opportunity Area is seeking to appoint an organisation to help drive up the quality of teaching in Bradford through developing a high quality teaching and education professional workforce. Bradford for Teaching will support work through further development and implementation of 3 key areas of delivery:
- i)Attract teachers to build and develop a career in Bradford and also reach into Bradford's communities and inspire those that may want to explore or return to teaching.
- ii)Develop the quality and calibre of teaching and education professionals across the district by facilitating and promoting a range of high quality professional development opportunities both within and beyond Bradford.
- iii)Retain.
