description
Birmingham City Council is inviting tenders for the following:
Lot 1 – Hybrid Managed Service
There is a requirement to change the way and improve the recruitment and management of agency workers within the Council using a Hybrid Service Model. The Managed Service Provider will be responsible for the recruitment and management of agency workers for a range of roles and departments within the Council.
It is a mandatory requirement that tenderers are able to demonstrate their operation of a dedicated operational hub for agency workers.
Lot 2 – Agency Workers for Schools
The Council (or the governing body of maintained schools, where applicable) requires the provision of agency workers to fulfil temporary assignments as required. To meet these requirements, we are looking to engage with a select list of agencies.
The frameworks will commence in February 2017 and run for a period of up to four years, (with a break clause after two years).
BCC will be using its e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this framework and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest and download details. The web address is https://in-tendhost.co.uk/birminghamcc/aspx/Home
Registration and use of in-tend is free. All correspondence for this procurement process must be via the in-tend correspondence function. If you are unable to register with in-tend please either email us at cps@birmingham.gov.uk or call 0121 464 8000.
The latest date for requests for tender documentations is 1200 hours, Wednesday 6th July 2016
Your completed Invitation to Tender documents should be returned by noon on Monday 11th July 2016 using the Supplier Portal.
