The Combined Authority is seeking innovative responses to address an existing gap in provision to provide a career pathway for young people who wish to set up their own business (go freelance or self-employed) once they leave school. The programme will reach a maximum of 12,000 young people and will include up to 80 enterprise projects across educational institutions.
