In this section the scope and key deliverables for this project are identified as follows:

Extremely reliable and cost-effective leased print copy and scan devices.

• oExcellent response and repair times set out in the KPIs.
• oManagement information reports to be shared monthly,
• oEquitrac 6 software management - upgrades, installation or suitable equivalent.
• oAbility for staff to log on to printers using the councils ID Access system badge which is currently PAC or where required via a user password.
• oManaged service - remote trouble shooting, orders for toner and consumables generated automatically, including third party solution service desk support.
• oPush print option

The following requirements are outside the scope of this project:

• oCentral print equipment

Reading Borough Council is undertaking an ITT exercise for the provision of leased printers and maintenance of its currently owned fleet
