DBC (SF) Cafe in The Forum

The Forum Café and Catering Services

This Contract is for a concession to run a small Cafe as well as catering services for the Council. It is expected that hot & cold beverages, breakfast & lunch options, snacks, sandwiches, pastries and fruit will be served. It is important to note that a hot food offering should be available for both breakfast and lunch service however, due to the limited cooking facilities and location of the cafe within the forum it is anticipated that the offering will be limited to avoid unwanted cooking odours rising into the office area above.

The successful bidder will also be required to provide a catering service (buffet type food) for meetings and council run events. A tariff for this should be included within your response.

The current provider has confirmed that TUPE does apply.

Tenderers must have a minimum Food Hygiene rating of Level 4 at their present location. Tenderers may have to prepare/cook food at another location as there are limited cooking facilities, air extraction and food preparation space.
