The SSRO is seeking web-based access to legal resources, including the following -
| 1. | Up to date legislation and statutory instruments and linked case law references and commentary; |
| 2. | Comprehensive databases of UK and EU case law; |
| 3. | Encyclopaedias, commentary, journals and practice guides in the following areas: |
| • | Procurement and contracts; |
| • | Administrative and public law; |
| • | Civil procedure, including Judicial Review; |
| • | Access to information, particularly: freedom of information, data protection, GDPR and official secrets; |
| • | Employment law; and |
| 4. | Precedent documents in the above areas |
The Service should meet the following requirements:
| • | Resources must be updated promptly to reflect developments in the law; |
| • | Resources must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 a year, subject to a minimum level of disruption which the bidder should specify in the tender. |
| • | Resources must be available for two concurrent users. |
The SSRO is seeking to award a contract for 1, 2 or 3 years and is seeking pricing models on that basis.
