Framework for the supply of Housing Bricks & Blocks

The merger with Merlin Housing Society Ltd and the subsequent acquisition of Severn Vale Housing to form a new Bromford has increased the number of homes Bromford own to almost 44,000 which includes 12,000 in Gloucestershire.

During the next ten years, Bromford will be aiming to grow this through an ambitious development programme that will invest 1.5bn GBP to building 15,000 new homes across the Bromford geographical area. The Bromford Groups geographical area is predominately Central England and South West, which includes the West Midlands, Shropshire, Staffordshire, South Gloucestershire.

To support these plans Bromford is seeking to procure a framework of suppliers to provide housing bricks and blocks to support Bromfords ambitious build programme over the coming years within Central England / West Midlands only.
