Cheltenham Borough Council are looking for suitably qualified contractors to provide the following:-
The Works have three elements
- Installation of a replacement new warden assist system which will integrate with the new key fob entry management controller installed under a separate contract.
- Upgrading of fire alarm systems in the flats to meet LD1 standards
- Provision of a 7 days per week maintenance & repair service
