The tender is for the refurbishment of 6 blocks of flats in Tanhouse, Skelmersdale.
The works generally include, but are not restricted to the following:
| a) | Replacement roof coverings. |
| b) | Replacement fascias, soffits and rainwater goods. |
| c) | Provision of Internal & External wall insulation system. |
| d) | Replacement windows and external rear doors. |
| e) | Communal Electrical upgrade including Fire Detection system |

| h) | Communal area curtain walling |
The works will commence no later than Monday 17th August 2020 and be completed by Wednesday 31st March 2020.
