Birmingham City Council requires a supplier for the provision of Professional and Technical Services including this building project and the landscape project, Architect, Principal Designer, Project Manager, Mechanical and Electrical Consultant, Structural Engineer and Quantity Surveyor for a project related to carrying out the refurbishment and extension work to the Dolphin Centre building on Ward End Park and Lake, Birmingham
