Location: Working from home/Sandwell Council House, Oldbury

Contract type: Temporary for 12 weeks with a view to extend further

Brief description:

We are looking for a Support Officer to provide administration and technical support to the Oracle project team. The additional help will assist the team to meet project deadlines and go live date. Previous project work will be an advantage.

Duties include: To produce HR Process maps using Microsoft Visio. Experience of HR policies and procedures will be an advantage but not essential. Experience of Microsoft office software - Excel and Word. Oracle - SBS experience. Experience of working in a fast-paced Office environment. Can do attitude.

Need someone to start asap for a period of 12 weeks with a view to extend further. Role is 37 hours per week currently working from home, may require working from Oldbury Council House occasionally.
