This contract will provide South Tyneside Homes with a 24/7 Telecare Maintenance service to housing plus schemes for all automatic door openers, Electronic door entry systems and the Door Entry PAC system to the housing plus schemes, high rise buildings and medium/low rise buildings across South Tyneside. The contract will deliver an effective, reliable and professional service to for all tenants and leaseholders throughout the term. South Tyneside Homes are looking for a contractor who can offer a bespoke one stop shop service with a full suite of both Software and Hardware support on all elements of Telecare services.
