Basildon Borough Council is refreshing its quarterly residents' publication; moving from a newspaper style of publication to a magazine format
The Councils' current residents' publication; The Borough Diary is distributed to 78,000 households with the remainder made available in the Basildon Centre and libraries Currently, 83,000 copies are printed by an external print management agency
Distribution has been conducted using hand delivery (door-to-door) by an external distribution agency
BBC is looking for a company to distribute the magazine when the current contract runs out.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
