| • | Call handling, tenant liaison and provision of repairs / maintenance reporting and tracking system |
| • | Pre-Repair Inspection Services |
| • | Supply of labour and / or materials to provide a general / minor repairs and maintenance service (excluding heating) |
| • | Cleaning, decoration and works to void properties |
| • | Disabled Adaptations (e.g., level floor wet rooms, including design) |
| • | Decoration scheme for tenants |
| • | Cyclical and planned works (e.g., kitchens and bathroom replacements) |
