South Cambridgeshire District Council and Huntingdonshire District Council are undertaking a proof of concept and research into systems for management of agencies and agency workers.
This information will identify whether it would be affordable and cost effective to buy a system to reduce administration through the use of such a system.
The elements that are likely to be required are:
- Post and candidate information
- Agency Recruitment and introduction (via mini competitions to contracted agencies)
- Timesheet management/Authorisation
- Understanding how this will minimise administration for handling the invoice and payment to the agency.
