Washroom Services

Bolsover District Council invites quotes in respect of Washroom Services to supply Sanitary Bins, Sanitary Bag Dispensers, Air Fresheners and restocking of existing Dual Vending Sanitary Dispensers to the Council in various properties as directed. The current Contracts with the existing suppliers are due to expire on various dates and we expect the successfully appointed firm to take on these contracts from these dates and provide the various equipment as detailed in the specification. The Council is offering a contract of three years with reviews undertaken on a yearly basis to assess supplier performance (1 + 1 + 1). The Council retain the right to cancel the contract at any point during the period of the agreement if the suppliers performance falls below an acceptable level. The Council will not incur any costs associated with the cancellation of the contract due to poor supplier performance. The Council can’t guarantee volumes of work as these may change depending upon the needs of the Council during the life of the contract. The concluded contract will also be available for use by North East Derbyshire District Council, with no obligation on them to do so.
