NHS South of England Procurement Services, acting on behalf of Health Education England (the Commissioner) would like to invite quotations from potential providers who can deliver a time limited project to enhance understanding and measuring the prevalence of the desired behaviours within the existing learning disability system across Midlands and East of England. This will follow on from research that has been undertaken to establish the desired system wide behaviours to develop a culture that will successfully deliver transformed learning disabilities care across the midlands and East of England.

The successful supplier will be required to engage and work with system partners in the four local offices of Health Education England (Midlands and East), using the assessment processes to develop a region wide plan which highlights needs and describes how they could be addressed. System wide partners will include (this list is not exhaustive)

The deadline for submission of completed ITQ responses is 12 January 2018 at 12:00pm (midday). Late submissions will not be accepted. The e-portal system will shutdown at 12:00pm and any un-submitted bids not registered to the system at this time will not be accepted.
