description

This framework is for the supply, installation and maintenance of small real time air monitoring equipment, which is mountable on street furniture and compatible with the Council's urban traffic management and control (UTMC) system (Matt Macdonald's OSPREY).

All equipment must be capable of monitoring NO, NO2, CO, humidity, noise and temperature.

It is estimated that the Council requires 26 monitors located in various places throughout the borough of Gateshead.
