The purpose of this MoU is to set out clearly the relationship between the Service Provider and the Service Owner in relation to the provision of Government Gateway managed services.
The Service Provider shall make available to the Service Owner various Government Gateway services in relation to this MoU on such terms as shall be agreed between the Service Provider and the Service Owner on a service by service basis.
