Termination of Pregnancy Services

Contract Duration: 3 years with an option to extend for a further 12 months.

This procurement is to establish a contract for the provision of Termination of Pregnancy Services. NHS Arden and GEM CSU on behalf of NHS South Warwickshire CCG who will be the lead Contracting Authority on behalf of NHS South Warwickshire CCG; NHS Coventry & Rugby CCG and NHS Warwickshire North CCG (referred to as the Commissioner(s) is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver these Services. NHS South Warwickshire CCG (the Lead Commissioner) or any Contracting Authority listed in this procurement, does not place any obligation to commit to any value of business until such time an appropriate contract is made for services by each Contracting Authority.

The services to which this notice relates fall within the scope of Patient Choice and Competition Regulations 2013 Part 2 which will be subject to the ‘Light Touch regime’ and is subject to enactment by Government and subject to adoption by April 2016. The ITT is to be published on Bravo Procurement Portal on Thursday 3rd September 2015, ITT clarification questions must be submitted by 13:00 Tuesday 29th September 2015 and the deadline for ITT responses is 13:00 Monday 5th October 2015.
