The successful scheme will be selected on its merits and each Tenderer is asked to provide two distinct options, Option 1 for an Above Ground Facility and Option 2 a Below Ground Facility. The successful scheme will be selected on its merits and each Tenderer is asked to provide two distinct options, Option 1 for an Above Ground Facility and Option 2 a Below Ground Facility. This will be our new operating centre and workshop, operating initially 12 hours a day, 5 days a week.
