Provision of a Managed Print & Design Services

London Borough of Barking and Dagenham is inviting tenders for the provision of a Managed Print Service and Design Services. It is envisaged that the Council will set up a Framework Agreement, with up to six Framework Contractors consisting of the following two Lot(s):

Lot 1: Managed Print Services

Lot 2: Design Services

Suppliers may apply for one or more Lots.

Barking and Dagenham is an outer London borough to the east of the City on the north bank of the River Thames and within the M25 London Orbital Motorway.

The borough has an estimated resident population of 164,572 (Office of National Statistics). The percentage of residents over 60 years of age is 17.2%. The percentage of under 16’s is 23.3%

The Marketing and Communications group provides a strategic marketing and communications function for all services. It deals with media enquiries, issues news releases and other information to broadcasters and the local, national and professional press. It also manages brand identity, provides advice on purchasing print and design and coordinates major publicity such as leaflets, posters, opening events, exhibitions and so on.

Additional information: The contract(s) will be let in accordance with EU Public Procurement Regulations for Services under the Open Procedure.
