Rendering and Construct Pitch Roof

The Health & Safety Executive (HSE) invites Tenders for the Refurbishment of a concrete and brick building at their Science Division (Health & Safety Laboratory) located at Harpur Hill, Buxton SK17 9JN. The contract will include:

 the removal of the existing render coating and replace with water proof coating circa 52 square metres;

 the construction of a timber pitched roof with single ply covering for an area circa 25 square metres to overlay existing domed roof;

 if applicable the requirement to act as Principal Contractor under CDM Regulations;
