To establish a framework of contractors to provide responsive maintenance and repairs including voids and planned works covering 29 contract regions across Scotland and England. These contracts will be split into general builders and electrical contractors.
Additional information: Sanctuary Housing are seeking to establish a framework of contractors to provide responsive maintenanceand repairs including voids and planned works covering 29 contract areas across Scotland and England. It is envisaged that there will be three Building Contractors and three Electrical Contractors in each of the 29 areas,with a Primary and two secondary contractors for each.
