Residence Refurbishment Works, Kigali

The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) issued an Invitation to Tender to suppliers under the terms of the International Construction Services Dynamic Purchasing System (Ref OJEU contract notice 2020/S 114-277923 published on 11/06/2020) for refurbishment works to the High Commissioner's Residence in Kigali including roof strengthening and reroofing.

The objective of this project is to ensure that the FCDO has a High Commissioner's residence that is fit for purpose and commensurate with the standards expected of HMG in Rwanda.

The works that the Contractor is to undertake include Roof, Driveway, Windows, Electrical, Lighting and other works.

Tenders were sought from suppliers on Category 2 of the International Construction DPS who are capable of acting as Principal Contractor.

Following further competition and evaluation based on the Most Economically Advantageous Tender, Concept Building Solutions (Southern) International were appointed as the Successful Contractor.
