The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) intends to appoint a contractor to undertake ground investigations at the site, in order to inform a future outline planning application and the change of use from industrial to mixed-use including housing at Kirkleatham Business Park.
The procurement will be managed by WYG on behalf of the Homes & Communities Agency. Tenders will be assessed on an 80:20 Price/Quality split; Quality is assessed via two questions. Interested parties are reminded that there are self certification sections within the Invtiation to Tender.
The winning tenderer will be awarded the contract in July 2016.
The proposed form of contract is the ‘ICE Conditions of Contract – Ground Investigation Version V2 – 2003’. If required, provisions are included for the contract to be extended by no more than one month.

The contract will be subject to English law. Tenders and all supporting documents must be priced in GBP and all payments under the contract will be made in GBP.
This procurement and award is subject to the transparency arrangements being adopted by the UK Government.
