HOS/15/040– Advertisement for provision of an Audience Segmentation Survey
Background
The Home Office is seeking to commission an innovative segmentation project, which will identify groups of the UK population based on various attitude and behavioural measures.
Key Criteria
Prospective organisations must demonstrate expertise in:
| • | Behavioural based audience segmentations. (40%) |
| • | Research on sensitive issues where people may seek to avoid discussing the subject matter or find it difficult or distressing. (10%) |
| • | Research on issues where people may not recognise the subject matter or immediately identify with the subject matter’s relevance to them. (10%) |
| • | Research with hidden and hard to reach populations, including vulnerable socio-economic groups. (20%) |
| • | Have the ability to deliver in a cost effective and innovative way. (20%) |
Before a detailed specification for this work can be released, Bidders are asked to submit a brief Expression of Interest (EOI). This must include full contact details and outline the skills the organisation has, including any evidence, to demonstrate that the prospective organisation has the capability to deliver the required Audience Segmentation. The Home office will issue the detailed specification to the organisations that meet the key criteria set out above .
A non-disclosure agreement must be put in place between prospective organisations and the Home Office before the full specification is released to bidders. A non-disclosure agreement will be released on request to those organisations which evidence satisfaction of the key criteria.
Bidders should see attached document which sets out the required deliverables.
EOI Responses should be sent to: HOSProcurement@HomeOffice.gsi.gov.uk quoting HOS/15/040 in the subject line on a word document and not exceed two sides of A4 by 09/09/2015.
