Brief description:

We have a vacancy for the position of Income Recovery Officer working 37 hours per week. This position will contribute to the provision of a high quality, customer focused Income Management Service. To ensure prompt and effective early action is taken to control and recover outstanding rent arrears and other associated debts up to Eviction stage.

You must have:

• oExcellent customer service skills
• oExcellent negotiation and persuasive skills
• oAbility to take a proactive casework approach to overseeing a specified patch area
• oA performance driven work ethos
• oA desire to help customers to sustain their tenancies
• oAbility to work in a highly busy and challenging environment
• oAbility to work in a busy and challenging environment
• oHighly organised and understand the importance of attention to detail
• oProven experience of delivering excellent services to customers both face to face and by telephone.
• oLiteracy and Numeracy Level 2 qualification or equivalent as a minimum.

This role is inside of IR35
