Bolsover District Council requires an Economic Development Needs Assessment that will be compliant with the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and National Planning Policy Guidance (NPPG).
The study will form a robust and credible part of the Council’s evidence base that will withstand intense scrutiny at a Local Plan Examination. The study will provide a qualitative and quantitative assessment of employment land needed within Bolsover District for the period 2011 – 2033 using a range of data that is current and robust. The study will inform policy development in the Local Plan and inform Economic Development strategy decisions. The study will be clearly written and clearly explained (jargon free) so that a member of the public can understand it.
