Flooring Coverings - Supply, Installation and Associated Services Framework - Market Engagement

This Prior Information Notice is not a call for competition but is an early market engagement exercise to enable Crescent Purchasing Consortium (CPC) to engage with suppliers to better understand the market and explore the potential for a Flooring Coverings - Supply, Installation and Associated Services framework to service the needs of CPC Members and the wider Public Sector as a whole. The CPC wishes to go to market for a Flooring Coverings - Supply, Installation and Associated Services framework and to this end, CPC would like to invite suppliers to engage with CPC, through its procurement partners NPG Limited, to discuss the nature of the forthcoming framework, its' design, specification and constructs. This notice is seeking suppliers who my wish to engage with us in this regard.

Additional information: The CPC is a public sector buying organisation owned by the further education sector, with membership consisting of further education colleges, schools, academies, universities and other establishments providing education services. Membership is currently in the region of 5000 members and is growing daily. The CPC exists to provide its membership with best value supply solutions across approximately 60 supply/service specific frameworks. The CPC wishes to go to market for a Flooring Coverings Framework. To this end, CPC would like to invite suppliers to engage with CPC, through its procurement partners NPG Limited, to discuss the nature of the forthcoming framework, its' design, specification and constructs. This Early Market Engagement is a valuable opportunity for suppliers to find out more about CPC and the needs of its membership, whilst inputting into the design and specification of this important and much anticipated framework.
