CHP are seeking information on the potential of customer video triage technology in our customer service department.
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) exercise is to:
- assess the capabilities within current markets to deliver a potential solution
- allow CHP to assess supplier responses to help us to refine the specification and requirements of any potential future procurement process
- enable CHP to develop its knowledge understanding of the market
This exercise is a RFI as part of a market consultation, it does not constitute a formal procurement process or Invitation to Tender.
