Rodent Control

Requirement

Rochford District Council (RDC) is seeking a flexible Contractor who will work with them to provide a rodent free environment for domestic properties, and land and buildings occupied by the Council.

The Contract period will be for three (3) financial years and will commence in May 2015. This will end on 31st March 2018, and will be let on the basis of a fixed price for labour and materials. During the term of the Contract, areas may be added or removed from the Contract, three months notice will be given for any alterations.

The Contract is to provide rodent (rats and mice) control service to domestic properties, and land and buildings occupied by the Council, this will be subject to a nominal booking fee for the resident. A list of Council land and buildings has been provided in Appendix A and a boundary map has been provided for reference in Appendix B. This service was previously carried out and some information has been included in the specification to assist you.

Closing date for receipt of Tenders is 12noon Thursday 30th April 2015 Deadline for Clarification requests is Thursday 23rd April 2015
