Planned Maintenance - Remediation

Ipswich Borough Council is inviting suitably qualified and experienced organisations to assist with repairs and maintenance of its housing stock over a six-month period. The work will be carried out on single story, two-story and block properties and will include general building, replacement windows & doors and painting & decorating. The total value of the contract is approximately £70,000 for Lot 1, £35,000 for Lot 2 and £13,000 for Lot 3. During the selection process, IBC will select the tenderer who delivers the most economically advantageous bid based on a percentage split of 20% quality and 80% price. This contract is an interim arrangement for a temporary measured term contract and as such there are no TUPE implications associated with this tender.
