description

We have a requirement for a reconditioned floor standing stainless steel vessel (Universal Process System) with at least 25 litre working volume and capable of taking a minimum batch size of 10 litres with the ability to be able to process gelatinous slurries at high solid content (>10%) with a variable speed motor. The vessel should have heating and cooling on jacket and be able to work in the 30-125 °C (steam) temperature range while capable of taking pressure in addition to having a vacuum capability (Available on site or integrated into system). The system should be able to discharge gelatinous material relatively easily. With regards power the system should be 3 phase or single phase UK power and have data logging and method storage on board.
