<strong>London Borough of Sutton's Industrial Areas - Land and Economy</strong> The London Borough of Sutton (Sutton Council) is seeking quotations from suitably qualified organisations to undertake a study into the economic growth potential of three Strategic Industrial Locations (SILs) within the Borough. This study should consider the use of land within the SILs, the potential for existing businesses to grow, the accessibility and infrastructure around the SILs, and the potential to increase the 'green' economy within the selected SILs. We are also seeking the creation of an 'Action Framework' which will detail the key steps which need to be taken in order to unlock the economic growth potential within the SILs. The Council is seeking to appoint one organisation and the contract shall be for an initial period of 6 months commencing on 20/08/2015. The Council is tendering this quotation through the London Tenders e-tendering portal. The award of contract shall be based on the most economically advantageous quotation submitted. Deadline for submission of a completed Quotation Questionnaire is 10am on Wednesday 12th August 2015. The cash envelope for this contact will be £40,000-£65,000.
