NHSE is looking for a Supplier for the provision of a user needs assessment to understand current practices, gaps and barriers that exist to healthcare providers collecting and understanding/analysing qualitative patient experience data. Findings will help inform a wider free text analysis national support strategy for providers to make better use of qualitative patient experience feedback. It is anticipated that the work will take no longer than 12 weeks and be completed by late January 2022.
