Contract Title: Park Locking service

The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH) is seeking market intelligence from organisations interested in providing a Park Locking and Unlocking service across the Borough.

The council is interested in entering into discussions with suppliers in order to better understand the market in respect of the locking and unlocking of 11 parks throughout Tower Hamlets. Included within these 11 parks will be the award-winning Victoria Park

The supplier engagement sessions are intended to learn from suppliers how a contract of this type could be structured operationally, determine market appetite, and perhaps deduce indicative costs. Full details of the required specification will be provided at the meetings.

The intention is to hold a series of meetings with individual suppliers commencing on the morning of Friday 28th May. Meetings will be scheduled to take about an hour and will be conducted via Microsoft Teams .
