KU/278/DA/CB/2020- Mechanical Electrical Engineer Services for Innovation Centre 7(IC7) - AWARD

Mechanical Electrical Engineering (MEE) Services required for Innovation Centre 7 (IC7) project at Keele University in accordance with the Tender Specification in Section 2 of the ITT.

The form of contract that the University intends to enter into with the Service Provider for the work will be the JCT - Consultancy Agreement (Public Sector) 2016 as amended by the University together with the Scope of Service. The Schedule of Amendments to the JCT - Consultancy Agreement (Public Sector) 2016 are provided in Section 3 of the ITT (Schedule A) and the Scope of Service forms part of the Tender Specification in Section 2 of the ITT.

The programmed date of appointment for the Mechanical Electrical Engineering Services will be 9th November 2020 and the contract will run up until the Defects Liability Period - 12 months following Works Contract Completion of 29th April 2023 .

The estimated value of the Mechanical Electrical Engineering Services contract is £102,000

The Design & Build Innovation Centre 7 (IC7) project covering a total area of 2696 m² of . The estimated total value excluding VAT is £9,875,000 Estimated contract period 60 weeks, completion date of 29th April 2022
