DWP annual demand is for Life Cycle Work (LCW), small projects, Minor works typically under £300K, with a mix of higher value LCW Asset replacement works over £300k - 3m and lease events driven CAPEX works.
The DWP uses two Pipelines - LCW Projects and Capex Projects. The DWP typical spend over £50m on LCW works and over £40m on Capex Projects.
In addition DWP has commenced a strategic Estates Work Place Transformation Programme to deliver estates changes. Via our future commercial arrangements, we would like to work with successful Contractors through early engagement discussions to develop options on the efficient and effective way to undertake the Pipeline / Programme requirements.
We aim to share the Pipeline with Contractors as this will be critical so that with enduring demand, we can share the quantum of work.
The DWP has procured its Construction Services by Region and Lot Values by way of a call off from CCS Framework RM 6088
Lots 1.1.1 to Lot 1.1.4 and Lot 2.1 to 2.4.

The DWP Contract values for each Lots, attributable to all regions are:
Lot A Contract Value is £3m
Lot B Contract Value is £3m
Lot C Contract Value is £10m
DWP has called off 5 consecutive contracts in accordance with the Lot values for each supplier for the construction services over the lifetime of the contract.
DWP does not guarantee any works for each of these contracts
