Disposal of Mybuses

The West Yorkshire Combined Authority are potentially looking to issue a tender for the resale of approx. 115 Combined Authority owned BMC Condor School Bus Vehicles (Mybuses). The vehicles are approaching the end of the their operational life. The Combined Authority is proposing to dispose of these vehicles between 1 August 2019 and 31 December 2020 and is seeking to engage a supplier to manage the disposal process.

At this time the current tender output date and route is unknown but organisations who would like to express an interest in this opportunity should email procurement@westyorks-ca.gov.uk with the title 'EOI - Ref CA1074 'Disposal of Mybuses' by 05.07.2019 outlining the following: company name, introduction, contact details, confirmation and details of any frameworks you are associated to relating to this requirement, capacity to submit a tender within the coming weeks (approx. July) and capacity to deliver the requirement, company website, confirmation/interest of the suitability your organisation can offer to potentially cover the above.

It is the intention of the Combined Authority to contact all organisations who have expressed an interest, explaining our intent, in the near future of the initial expression of interest deadline. It is envisaged that the procurement process will be run through the Combined Authority's E-Procurement system 'In-Tend'.
