WLBC seeks tenders from suitably experienced organisations, sole traders or partnerships for the provision of Caretaking and Cleaning duties at two district shopping centres located in Skelmersdale.
The contract involves morning and evening work and includes weekends and Bank Holidays.
The shopping centres are Sandy Lane Centre and Digmoor Parade Skelmersdale.
The Contract period will be 3 years extendable by an additional 2 years. The estimated Contract value relates to the 3 year period.
