Distribution of Ward Newsletters/Leaflets

Hull City Council is seeking to appoint a distributer for Ward newsletters and leaflets, with the intention of awarding a contract for a period of 1 year, with the option to extend for up to a further 12 months. The main requirement for this contract is for the delivery of Ward newsletters these are currently distributed either quarterly, bi-annually or annually depending on the ward, to households in the target ward, city-wide this equates to circa 119,600 addresses. The newsletters size range from 2 to 12 pages (A4). Financial year 2016-17 the Council required this service on 38 occasions, with an estimated total of 210,000 newsletters being distributed to various Wards within the Hull City Council boundary within the year stated.
