Objectives
The overall impact of SUGAR which the SP will be contributing towards achieving is: an increase in the risks for those engaging in corrupt activities.
The overall outcome is Strengthened anti-corruption institutions working together on priority issues at national and local levels. SUGAR-ACC represents a 62% contribution towards this outcome.
The SP is required to establish a Management Unit (MU) and team of embedded technical advisers (ETAs) to:
- deliver the first five outputs of the SUGAR Business Case (SUGAR-ACC) and;
- provide coordination support to all donors providing support to the anti-corruption chain
