Legal Housing Assistant

LEGAL ASSISTANT (HOUSING)

Hours: 37 Hours per week, Monday to Friday

Start date: ASAP for 3 months

Rate of Pay: Band F £15.36 per hour (PAYE but agencies can advise what the candidate would be looking for on a LTD company basis)

Contract type: Agency

Location: - Based at Sandwell Council House, Oldbury but may be required to work at various council buildings around Sandwell.

We are looking for a Legal Assistant with experience in housing law

Experience of dealing with housing possession claims and processing claims online

Experience in the County Court relating to housing possession

General knowledge of Local Government law

Experience of providing advice to internal and external clients

Ability to undertake workload with minimal supervision.
